    3. The only problem I see, is if you lose your Clooz database. Then you will have a hard time finding documents. If all birth,death,marriage,obits,wills, etc are kept in the same binder, I could see it being hard to find one person's info. Where if you at least have a binder/s for birth, one of death,etc... you will only have to look in that one binder for the info should the computer crash and all electronic data is lost.
