You're not doing anything wrong. This is a bug that was fixed in the online patch of version 1.22 that is available for download from http://www.clooz.com/download.htm. This was fixed after the CDs that are currently for sale were produced. If you are going to download the patch, you'll need a serial number to install it. You need to be a registered user to receive a serial number from me. This is explained on the download page. If you have a copy of the most recent CD, the serial number that you were given with that CD will not work with this download. I haven't yet been able to get the serial numbers to work together. So, you'll need to get a new serial number from me if you're going to download. Please note that you must be a registered user to receive any serial number from me. If you haven't registered, please mail in your registration card or a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase. When you write to ask for your serial number, please tell me if you're going to download the stand-alone/Access 97 patch or the Access 2000 patch. The two patches use different serial numbers. Also, I'll need your name and address so I can verify that you're a registered Clooz user.
