Hi I agree with what Stephen has said about using Clooz, I have over 800 documents so far entered into clooz, and found it very helpful in finding were my documents are filed. I use Family Origins, which has a built in report for Clooz, this made it very easy to transfer my files. In Family Origins when putting in a source they also have a repository for each source, I put the Clooz file number in the Call number section. Works great.
