Regarding disappearance of my Clooz info. The database is there, just when Iclick the database and enter: Blank info.. Thanks for your advice. I have finally located the information. It is in Microsoft access and appears to be in excel format. Believe me, I am not computer savy enough to have moved this information to another totally different format. Now, How do I return this information, including my reports, back to Clooz???? Thank Goodness, none of my other software has been moved to another format, only the Clooz info has moved. Help and Thanks, Margaret Tull

As I said before, if the database had been moved and then you tried to open it in Clooz at its previous location, you would create a new database called the same thing. That's why it's there and it's empty. >Thanks for your advice. I have finally located the information. It is in >Microsoft access and appears to be in excel format. This is very curious. Why don't you e-mail me the file and let me look at it. Access databases have to purposely be converted to Excel format. Is there someone else using your computer that may be playing with things?
