Hi Ann and all - - My system for Census' is - - PO abbreviation for State followed by 4 digits for the year of the census, and then 2 letters for the county, followed by two digits [I'll never have over 99 different census' for that small area, eh?] I do this because I will put all census copies for each state into one file. I can find the one I wish with little effort. The same concept for documents. I do not want to have to go to Clooz every time I need a simple item. We'll see if my ideas pan out. Vince Correll, Fresno, CA PS My TMG program will continue to be the lead one for research, however, it seems most important to put the "source" into both programs at the same time. Doing it later is a real time consumer. I have discovered this last truth first hand!!!
