I'm unable to download Clooz from the ftp site. I'm being prompted for username/password. I've tried logging in as an anonymous user, but then I'm told to enter my email address for a password. When I enter my email address, I get a "Login Incorrect" error message and the connection drops. I've tried in both IE and Firefox. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks, Margaret
