I haven't entered a blible record into Clooz yet, but you could probably do it either way. One way would be to enter your photocopy of the bible record as a source document. Then make a birth, marriage or death document based on that source, perhaps putting in the description that this was an abstraction of birth records from such and such a document. You could also then label/number that document in such a way so that you could easily tell what it was. The other way would be to just make one general document for bible records and link everyone to that document. Maybe someone else has some other suggestions. - Sue - -----Original Message----- From: Dick Davis <Dick.Davis@verizon.net> To: Clooz-L@rootsweb.com Sent: Sat, 13 May 2006 11:35:05 -0400 Subject: [Clooz] Bible Record Entry Finally started the use of the program and have a question. I have bible records of births, marriages, and deaths and would like to know how others have entered these. Are they entered as General Documents, or birth record, marriage record or death record respectively? Additionally, mine are photocopies of the original records and I have scanned the copies to make them electronic images. Any suggestions on entering these records? IF there is more information, then let me know and I will try to explain further.
