Dear Kathy, I haven't installed the new version of clooz yet, but if it performs the same way as the old version, then after you select the database, click on the people button (terminology?) and then select "add a new person". On the 1.23 version, there is a picture of a person with a dog. Select that and enter the person's information. This is also the place where you edit the information for someone, search to see if you have the person and where you can preview what you have on that person. When you were entering the info for the census, you had the option of putting a new person in the people database at that time.
