Liz - thanks for the suggestion about the online help. Is there any way that the help might be made accessible from more than just the main screen? I think that part of the reason that I missed using it is that I went in - tried looking at Canadian census records and the top navigation with File Edit Search Reports and Help is then immediately greyed out. If I maximize the window for inputting I don't see the Help even exists. I expect that I'm not alone in just diving in to see user friendly / intuitive a program is.
