Kathy, instead of reading the 1.23 manual, you need to read the directions in online help within Clooz 2. Everything is explained there. I worked hard on that online help so that everything would be understandable. I'm working on the Clooz 2 manual and it should be available for download soon. But, all the directions are there for what you're trying to do. After you've linked your Clooz and Legacy databases together, you can't currently add people to Clooz that you've added to Legacy. You can, however, add people to Legacy when you're adding them to Clooz. So that's the better way to go at present. Hopefully Millennia will add that feature to Legacy.
