    3. For those experiencing either the modOpenDatabase error or the screens in Clooz 2.0 being too large for the display, you can now fix the problem by going to www.clooz.com/kbsa.htm#modOpenDatabase and following the directions there. The solution is resolved for both issues in the download available there. You will need to put in your serial number again when you start Clooz up after replacing clooz.exe and the config file. The instructions are all there. It took a long time to resolve the modOpenDatabase issue and I apologize for the delay to those that were experiencing it. It was only through the patient efforts of several Clooz users, allowing remote access to their computers, that we were able to find the problem and fix it. We are working diligently on Clooz 2.1, adding reports every day and fixing the bugs encountered so far. My goal is to have Clooz 2.1 out in September, including all the missing reports. That will be a CD version that will be sent to all who rate the CD (paid for the shipping or those who ordered before the initial release date of Clooz 2.0). For those who have ordered downloads, there will be another download put on the Clooz website at that time. I will keep you posted. We have fixed a number of the nagging problems or inconveniences that users have complained about, including having to open the link button each time you want to link someone, instead of it staying open; the ability to print a report right from the form; as well as adding the missing reports (which we're still doing--there's a lot of them). The US census reports that require legal paper have been spread out over two letter-size pages instead, so you don't need to buy legal size paper. Hopefully when we get this version out, everyone will not have bugs keeping them from organizing their materials! Liz Kerstens
