Help! I have the stand alone version of Clooz and I need instruction in how to see what I have written in one or another source forms. When entering a new Source Title, I first must click the NEW button which opens a window containing a form to complete. The top space is for entering SOURCE TITLE followed by numerous other categories, one of which is REPOSITORY. I recently needed to find out what information I had entered on the form of which my SOURCE TITLE was "CA Birth Records from 1905 thru 1995." At the Hub I opened SOURCES and there was not a single source title -- only a long list of Repositories including quite a few duplicates and probably between one and two dozen of which had "kag [my initials] collection" --nothing in the list had any identifying document name or number, etc. Without first reading the SOURCE TITLE form I had filled in ages ago, I had no idea what I had listed as repository! So I went to Reports->Sources->All Sources to Preview them and still couldn't find a single Source Title or any helpful clue. (Incidentally, the page set-up margin didn't fit the form so I to turn twice as many pages as contained text.) How can I open the Source Title Form without wasting a lot of time clicking on all my repositories to see what I have written? Is there a way to print what I have entered into the Source Title Form? If anyone else has had this problem, please share with me how you solved it? Thanks in advance. kay thesarge
