Hi, I realized I haven't seen this request answered, so I thought I'd describe what my files look like. Every time you archive, a new file is created. It is called the same name as your database, except the date is at the front (today's archive would be "010122filename.mdb"). They are in the same location as the original database. To save it elsewhere (on floppy), you need to copy/paste it using explorer. To use an archived file, you open clooz, but click on the "browse" button (the folder button that's on the first dialog box). Browse to the location of the file, click it, and then select it. If you just double click on the file in explorer, it will open Access (if you have the Access version, anyway), but the result is NOT the familiar clooz setup. Personally, I wouldn't know how to use the files in Access w/o the clooz "packaging". Tina ----- Original Message ----- From: "Clyde M.
