I found a Syncing program that I have been using and it seems to be working so far. It's from Microsoft, and you can get at https://www.foldershare.com/. It's Free. As long as both people have e-mail account, "Keep folders synchronized between my computers, Share files & collaborate with others, Remotely access my files via the web." You make a Shared Folder, (or Folders) and it will automatically sync files in those folders. I use it for my laptop and my desktop computers. I haven't tried it at a Library, but you should be able to use it across the web, so the only limit should be if you have a connection. And like I said, It's FREE. Rollin
