As for Pennsylvania, family story of the Perry County, Ohio, Clark's was that Thomas and Hannah Moore Clark came from Greene County. There are several Thomas Clark's in Fayette County. Their son William said he was born December 21, 1832, in Fayette County. Thomas was born January 28, 1800 and Hannah Moore November 4, 1802. They must have married - probably in the SW corner of PA about 1822. They were in Perry County, Ohio, in 1834. Thomas was a stone mason and he may have followed the road improvements that were taking place along the National Pike from that corner of PA and then Zane's Trace, which passed through Mt. Perry, needed bridges over culverts and runs - where stone was the choice. Hannah Moore was probably from Methodist parents who Baptized her in that belief. Kathy do you have anything that would fit into that picture?
