Hi Joe, In this msg I noticed under I. A.(Alexander Clark), 1.(Gilbert 15880) d:8 Oct 1798; and his son: l. i. : Gilbert Jr, also died: 8 Oct 1798. Question: were they together in some incident when they died or is this a mis- read or mis-type? You may recall that I am researching Alexander Clark and Mary Boyde, my great-grantparents. a brick wall! At one time, I heard that an Alexander Clark family from "North or South Carolina" may have become United Empire Loyalist and came to Nova Scotia, Canada and then to New Brunswick, Can. and perhaps further west later. The other day in a message you mentioned an Alexander Clark? who may have gone to New Brunswick and raised a second family?
