(I don't know the township.) However Daniel and Jane Armstrong Clarke immigrated in 1865; my grandmother, Alice Elizabeth Clarke, was born in Albany, NY in July, 1876. I do not know whether Daniel died while still in NY, but his wife, Jane, died in Providence, RI Oct. 7, 1916.
