My early CLARKS were born circa 1810 in TN (not sure where) and married in Fayette Co, IN 1830's. Some had moved to Harrison Co, MO by 1850's. It was a big family and I don't have all their descendant's history. Some of this CLARK family moved to Clay and Nuckolls Co, NE. Names used frequently: William, William Perry, Joseph, Joseph Marion, Benjamin, Rosanna, "Perry" used as a middle name Patti ----- Original Message ----- From: "nwayman" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Sunday, January 05, 2003 6:08 AM Subject: Re: [Clarke-Clark] Clark of Indiana,Missouri and Nebraska/LindaSng7 > Will you tell us, where in Indiana your William Clark was born? I found your "most frequently used names interesting. As I mentioned earlier my Clarks were from Fountain Co. IN in 1829, Mahaska Co. IA, Clay Co. NE, Nodaway Co. MO. I had an uncle named Marion Joseph, His father named Walter Marion, son of William Marion. With the number of Clarks out there any "coincidence" is interesting.
