I wish to thank Nancy for the info on William Clark. Some of it doesn't match what I already had, though. For instance, my Wm. was a minister and lived all his life in Kentucky, in several different counties. Of course we don't know positively about that. I have my great-grandfather, but his dad and grandfather are almost blanks except they lived on Prince Edward Island from 1820 on. Obviously there is a problem with such common names. With the E in these cases, except one sibling dropped it. If anyone knows anything about these folks, I'd love to hear from you. Fred Clarke
