Ruth, I have been somewhat following your discussion regarding William, but when you mentioned his wife's name was Catherine, that definitely caught my attention. I think I have missed some details about where in Kentucky William lived and when. If I remember correctly, you said something about him being a minister, and I know there was a William Clark who pastored a church in Russell County fairly early. It had crossed my mind to wonder if that William Clark was connected with the Clarks of Madison County.
