I was wondering if anyone has a George Washington Clark in their data base. I have very little information on him. All we know is he was married to a "Belle" in 1898. However he had four children, Hirem, Miner, Wilbur, Cory or Cora and Benjamin Franklin. Benjamin went by the name of Frank. He m. Mary Kaiser. From the Bellevue, Sarpy Cty, NE census, I get the following: Frank, b. 8/1/1974 d. 1958 1900) Him IA; Father MO; Mother IN 1910) Him IA; Father IA; Mother IA. 1920) Him US; Father US; Mother MO. 1930) Him IA; Father MO; Mother MO Belle is buried in Bellevue, Sarpy County, off 36th street and Hi way 350, She married several more times, so we don't know her last name! She ran a roadhouse in Avery, Sarpy, Ne for awhile. I haven't found out much about that yet, either. Judging from the dates, the children were probably from another marriage. We don't know when he was born, nor where he died. He led wagon train out west and didn't come back after one trip. So, not sure what happened. They thought he was probably buried along the trail.
