We THINK Thomas Clark may be the same Thomas Clark who was issued a Preemption Warrant on Licking Creek in Kentucky County VA on 20 Nov 1779. We find Thomas Clark SR on Paint Lick Creek, Madison Co KY,10 Nov 1781 when he jointly assigned his property along with William Stewart to William Bennett or Barnett. A William Stewart appears on earlier Lancaster Co PA tax lists. Joseph Clark MAY be the same Joseph Clark b. 1732 who died in York Co SC in 1810. I really would like to communicate with anyone who may be working on this line. Rebecca Clark b. ca. 1725 m. 1st John Baldridge who died in 1766 in Lancaster Co PA. Several of their sons were in Orange Co NC. She married 2nd Aaron Boggs and died in Mecklenburg Co NC in 1823. Fay Clark
