As previously discussed on this list, I have reopened the CyberSea website at myfamily.com as a memorial to its previous owner and administrator, Virginia Smith Heard, who passed away last year. I have received a contribution to support it and have therefore moved forward with it. It is dedicated the Clarks and other related family names from Newton and Madison Co., AR. This James Harvey Clark line ties back to Clarks in Bledsoe, Rhea, Meigs and Roane Co., TN and then NC. I have sent emails to all old members of that site, but many (~48%) addresses came back as undeliverable as so many have changed. I would like to invite any other interested Clark researchers to join, if you so desire.
