You are hereby notified that in the 6th. day of July 1866 I as administrator of the Estate of Amansin CLARK, deceased filed a petition in the Probate Court of Darke Co., OH., alleging that the personal estate of said decedent is insuffecient to pay his debts adn the charges of administeating his Estate -that-he died Sized in fee simple of the following described real estate situated in the Couty of Darke and State of OH. towit.
