Sorry to butt in, but was wondering if your WV Clarks might be connected to mine. I am looking for my great grandfather's family. He was Jacob Clark born 1861 in Jackson County, His father was Bailey (from Ohio, PA, OR Maryland), his mother Frances (suppose to be from France). I am looking for the family of William Henry Clark b. 1853...d.1937 Married Mary Adelia Braman on 24/Aug/1884 in Tomah, Wisconsin....They had one child Hazel Luella, who married Alva John Robertson. I have been attempting to trace William Henry Clark's family and migration to Wisconsin...We have been told that he may have came from Canada, but so far seems to be rumor...have not been able to find any proof...
