Hi to all, I am a new to this list as I have recently found my Clarke connections. I have searched the archives and see that there seem to be quite a few Clarke/Hobbs connections. I now throw mine into the pot as well: Charles CLARKE b. London, England m. Catherine HOBBS b. London England daughter: Alice Suzanaah CLARK b. 10 July1865 London, England m. 1888, George Arthur FLETCHER b. Brockville, Ontario. 1866 I also found resource for a Margaret Ann CLARKE (protestant) d/o Charles and Jane Elizabeth(a2nd m??) In my Brockville resources (B.,M.,D from Newspapers 1850-1869) I show a Rev. CLARKE performing marriages in Augusta, Elizabethtown and in New Dublin, Elizabethtown- all same general area. Other Clarks listed (no"e") include: Elizabeth C H. Hon Mr. Jas. H Rev R. Wm. Zenas My line ended up in OH- If anyone would like a lookup or finds a little thread of connection please email me.
