Hi, would you know of any Chidesters that were in Kansas . and arkansas? my father is named Arthur Chidester blue after a Chedister maiden namesake. Thanks, Joel Blue
The best source to date is a book entitled The Chitester/Chidester Families. It is in the main genealogical library of The LDS in Salt Lake City. You can research this in any LDS family history center. I can not recall the surname of the author. His first name was Elmer and his wife's name was Thelma. Thelma was the Chidester descendant. The info on my line is insufficient. Since you are researching the CLark line...I presume...what are your Clark origins?
