If any of you have any information concerning the following two people, please contact me at ejkardos@myexcel.com. I keep posting this hoping for a reply since I have hit a brick wall where these two are concerned. My Greatgrandfather was John C. Clark, born in Virginia and lived near Natural Bridge and Lexington, Virginia. He married Susan Jane Ewing and they moved to North Georgia before 1870 (they were on the 1870 census for Lumpkin County, Georgia). He and Susan died within ten days of each other of a fever of some kind in 1885. Some of their children were: Anna Eliza (my grandmother) Charles Edward (died at sea as a child) John Calhoun, Jr. Elizabeth George Rogers William Edward Charles Christopher Benjamin I believe John Calhoun's father was William Clark, ;but which William? Because of their children's names, I wonder if there is a connection to the William Clark who explored the west. Help, please, and thanks. Emily
