Donna I have often thought your John Clark is the son of Oliver P. Clark (My GGGrandfather) John was the oldest child of Oliver P. and Claracy ??? born 1840 in DeKalb Al. Claracy was probably not the mother of John due to the fact she was born in 1827,but I have no information on the first wife or the second for that matter. As you know my Grandfather was named Ruben Anderson Clark he could have been named after John Anderson ":???
