I keep seeing all these Clarks from NC. Mine was Thomas C. Clark. Born about 1860 in NC. The 1880 census says his parents were from NC but I can't find anything on him except that 1880 census and when he is married to my g grandmother Rebeca Carlil-Carlyle. They married in 1877 and had 7 children. I can't find where Tom went, or Rebeca or any of the children except my grandmother and one sister, Ellen. Rebeca was on the 1900 and 1910 census also. If anyone has anything on any of these, I would love to hear from you. The other children were Mamie, Maggie V., Lois, Fred, Elsa, Ellen, Duskie? and Otto who was born 1899. All in the area of Asheville or Spring Creek. Please help. Have been searching for over 25 years and have gone tromping in the old cemeteries in those areas and can't find anything.
