    3. Normally, I don't reply to the L, or D versions but answer personally to your e-mail addr. but the Announcement of the Clark-Sorensen Reunion & the Info I included with it worked so well that it bears a bit of bulletin space for Others, interested, to see. Allen T. CLARK writes from Tacoma to inform me that he picked upon the part that read "Jason S. Clark, buried near the Columbia River on the Washington side at HARTLAND, WA, or better known to the Ones Who Lived and Farmed There as HIGH PRAIRIE ! To Answer you Allen, I am shocked to learn that you or anyone else would recognize Hartland, WA aka High Prairie as neither exist anymore, it seems - places out of the Past - but dear places for those who lived there. I will Send a copy of this to the Klickitat Co. WA website which is WAKlick@rootsweb.com which is not very Active, but needs some Input to spunk it up a bit ! We have relatives there, but they need to get computers, LOL! I need to Study the names you gave me a bit as I am not up on all of them that lived at High Prairie. I will get back to you on it. Edith Clark certainly sounds familiar - there were twin Clark girls at High Prairie School - a one Room bldg. - one of twins died young, but Edith Clark lived to be elderly - I was able to meet the descendants of them at the Clark-Sorensen Reunion I wrote of. I am embarrassed that I can't say that I don't really know the Sorensens side of the Reunion famlys. I know them when I see them, but I am not steeped in, or really aware of their history except by peacemeal - the Clark Branches have kept me so busy that I have trouble taking on the Sorensens except they were desc. of the Danish Branch of our Gen. some of in the Danish Lang. and Script. No compreno ! I will sign off as I am doing what I feel should really be done OFF WEBSITE unless it is or Could Be of interest to others reading this. Then, Names, Places, and Dates are essential - but just chit chat without real gen substance isn't in the best Interest of the Readers. I will communicate with you one-to-one, Allen and exchange info with you. Perhaps we can meet personally sometime, since you are not that far away from me. I named our son Tabb Allen Clark, because I liked the name Allen - Little did I know that the Allen/Allyn Line back in CT was among those with whom our Clarks married into, and were Friends of in those very early 1700s-1800s. Later . . . . .and Thanks again Allen for your most Welcomed e-mail to me in Response to my blurb re the Clark-Sorensen Reunion which is tomorrow Sunday but I won't be able to go to it. I forgot to say where it was being held and that is Camas WA near Vancouver, WA at Crown Park, near the Columbia River - the CLARK Stomping Grounds. CLARKS and Indians buried in the same Pioneer Cem. at High Prairie, as they were friends living in the same territory.
