The Percy my husbands mentions seems to be in his 60's if still alive. He seems to only know of those who lived in Detroit where he grew up and California. It seems that Dwelle somehow thru marriage is a big part of his family. Only other thing I know is that the family is of bi racial heritage. I'll ask him about the Percy you mentioned.
