The British Family History Society: http://www.rootsweb.com/~bifhsusa/ . It's only $20 to join, and I've only just done so. Haven't yet attended any of their meetings (monthly, in L.A.), but the Queen Mary seminar next month looks really interesting. There's lots of info on their web site and I'm really trying to talk myself into parting with the $175 fee for the three-day event ($195 for non-members, so it pays to join), which includes 2 lunches and a dinner, I believe.
