I am looking for information on Hattie Mae Clark, born in 1878, in Illinois. I am told her parents were George W. Clark and Isabella Colton but, have been unable to find a connection. Hattie married William Rimmer December 2, 1897 in Chadron, Dawes Co., Nebraska. Hattie and William had four children George, Marjorie, Ethel and Gladys (b. May 12, 1912). Marjorie married Floyd C. Edwards, they had three children Marie, Lucille, and Lottie (b. July 12 or 19, 1925, in Winter, WI). My mother was Lottie, she died in 1973, taking the majority of her family knowledge with her. I would appreciate any help anyone can give. Rae mabrab@rrv.net
Nan, you say yours were in Beaufort, SC? One aunt......Estelle Ellen Clark 4-1-1892 died in Beaufort in 1958. She was married to Theodore T. Gaillard. Her mother, Rebeca was born in SC, but we don't know where. Other children in the family were: Maggie V. born 1878 NC Lois born 1880 NC Elsa 1884 NC Fred 1886 NC Estelle Ellen 1892 NC Otto 1899 NC Do you have any info on any of these. They seem to disappear between 1900-1910. Non are on the NC census anywhere. They can't all have died without children. I would love to connect. My grandmother was the oldest, born in 1877, but not the same father. In fact I'm not sure who their father was since he was only on the census in 1880. He was definetly the father of Maggie and Lois and I hope someone will recognize some of these names. Is anyone a descendant of any of these? Margaret

Looking for information on the families of James T. Clark(e) and wife Catharine M. Hendrickson married Nov. 4, 1841 in Albany, NY Peter Schroeder
Sally, I know it's been a long while. My database crashed without recovery, killing about 4,000 document records and am now just getting it back into some kind of shape. The only reference I've been able to find that might ... I say MIGHT ... be related is the Reference is to the marriage of John and Mary Moore documented in "The Encyclopedia of American Quaker Genealogy" by Hinshaw vol 6 page 233. Don't be mislead by the Quaker thing. A great many revolutionary war soldiers were ex-Quakers. These two were married just about a year before the birth of you John, so maybe a connection, as the Cedar Creek Monthly Meeting of Quakers was right in the territory you described.
