Joe, What I have is weak. I'm trying to find the family of the wife of Jonathan Jacobs. She is listed as Sarah Clark daughter of Aaron. According to one database (undocumented) she is the daughter of Aaron and Sarah with Sarah, the mother born in 1725. No further info was provided. Children, all born in Tolland, CT; info is from the LDS IGI (dubious at best): Mary b. Sep 19, 1743 Sarah b. Jun 28, 1745 Aaron b. Apr 1747 David b. Jul 15, 1749 David b. Jan 27, 1751 Esther b. Aug 19, 1752 David b. Aug 20, 1756 Elizabeth b. Jul 27, 1759 I found an Aaron Clark b. 1725 in Stonington, CT son of John Clark and Lydia Andrews. I couldn't find anything more on him or what happened to him, (who he married, when died) Obviously he would not be the right one if he died too young or married someone else during the childrens years. As there are sooooo...... many Clark families, I'm not sure if I can put these together. I'm not dedicated to the wife as Sarah or even the father as Aaron. All I can bank on is Sarah b. Jun 28, 1745, married to Jonathan Jacobs. Appreciate any and all help. Thanks. M: Harry J Clarke. She left abusive husband and may have divorced him. I was told she went to NYC or Albany, NY, and was there in 1940s & 50s. Can find no trace of her. Her son, Harold Davis Clark[e] [aka James Robert Clarke] was born Dec 5, 1912, in Mid-Granville, NY. After he returned home from being discharged from the Army, he may have moved to Hartford, CT area. No evidence he ever married. Rumor says he committed suicide there after 1945. Although I have a photo of him during WW2, in uniform, the Army says they have no record of him under either name. Any info on either Mina Helen or Harold would be greatly appreciated. I have exhausted all my leads.
