Hello, I am already a member of the Kennedy Society of North America. I just recently found out my gg grandfather was John Stewart born in Ireland after 1810-came to PA and married a Mary Johnston (Johnson). I am still digging on both families, plus some other Scots. My husband is a Baird for sure--John Baird from Scotland who came to the colonies in 1683 on probably the Caledonia. He married Mary Bedent and they settled in Topenemus, NJ. Sons included Andrew, Zebulon, David, William, John. One of their grandsons was Bedent, who was part of the Jersey Blues who took part in the "Tea Party" Donna Kennedy Nichols
