I have a book " Genealogical and Personal History of Fayette County, Pennsylvania" produced and edited by John W. Jordan, LLD and James Hadden, 1912 There are several BOYDs listed in the index: Albert D, Albert M, Annie, David, Edgar, George, James, James L., James S, Rice M, Richard, Thomas, and many William's. The amount of info on each varies considerably, but they all seem to be related. They came up into PA from W VA. in 1784. I could copy out some of this if it sounds useful to anyone. Madora
Madora Allin Boyd Thanks for sharing Mat. I have those records but others may not. Please give me your postal address via my email address and I'll mail a copy of the Clan Boyd newsletter to you. That other Boyd group to my knowledge has not published a newsletter in over two years. Have you gotten one lately? If they don't publish a newsletter--what benefit do you get for your dues?
