I have a land memeorial record from the Land Records of Ireland. It has a William, James, Robert and Elizabeth . Father James they were from the Townland of Drumeltan , County Cavan Ireland. In the land records it said they went to "County Chester in Penn in America." I have nothing more on them. Except they had a three lives for ever which means they were Presbyterians and related to my McFaddens ,Thompsons and Dobbins. Does this help anyone? In Ireland they always say county first, it is the correct way do do it, but no where else. Leave it to Ireland. Fred

In reading over the information that I had posted on the Capt Robert Boyd. There was another list almost identical to the one posted but with an earlier date. (keep time frame in mind) I am not sure there is any relation between the Rev. Boyd and the Capt. unless their children intermarried. Remember, even then the Boyd name was everywhere, some related and some not.
