John Boyd dec'd late of Beaver Co. PA, land in Carroll Co. Ohio, sold to John Harman. There was a stipulation that John Harman would provide board and washing for John Boyd, in Ohio. (Found this odd as John Boyd is married in Beaver Co. PA) Heirs-at-law: widow, Mary Boyd, Beaver Co. PA children & grandchildren: John, Thomas, James, James Moore & wife Sarah of Beaver Co.
