Linda - my maiden name is Dunlap. I have your Mary in my records (m. Samuel Work). I've been a certified genealogist for 20 yrs, a member of the DAR, Colonial Dames, Daughters of the Republic of Texas, etc. I only mention this to let you know I have done personal research for over 30 yrs. There are many records on Internet that are incorrect. Soooo, you might like to note the following (for your record): The Parish Records in Kilmarnock show that SAMUEL DUNLOP was the son of JOHN DUNLOP. JOHN married JEAN GEBBY on 27 Oct. 1694. Their children were: John Dunlop, Chr. 22 Jan. 1699 in Kilmarnock. Hugh Dunlop, Chr 20 July 1701, Kilmarnock SAMUEL DUNLOP, Chr. 8 June 1704, Kilmarnock.....this is the Samuel in PA. He was not born in Ireland. It kind of seems you're not really interested in the Dunlops, and that's ok. I have many families on the back-burner of interest. In fact, I don't think Janet Boyd was the mother of William. I have Samuel's Will in PA, and son Adam got the lion's share. I imagine you have a lot on the Work family. I'll look at your site.
