Hi Ross - thanks for replying. My Janet Boyd was Chr. 17 Dec 1704, daughter of Thomas Boyd & Agnes Lammie, who were married 4 Oct. 1690 (Kilmarnoch, Ayr, Scotland). Janet married Samuel Dunlop 27 Feb. 1735 in Fenwick, Ayr. She had the following Boyd siblings: Jean - Chr 19 Dec 1691 Agnes - Chr 23 Nov 1693 Thomas - Chr 16 May 1696 John - Chru 4 Feb 1700 Margaret - chr 1 Nov. 1702 Janet - chr 17 Dec 1704 *mine Elizabeth - chr 26 Sept 1708 Then it's a dead end with the family...I don't know if they all left the area. Samuel Dunlop who moved to Lancaster, PA. in 1743, showed a 2nd wife Sarah in his Will 1774 in PA. Samuel's youngest William moved from Lancaster to Brooks Co., W. VA 1776.
