I am still searching for the parentage of Matilda BOYD who mar. 1830 in Williamson Co., TN. I am not having any luck finding a connection anywhere. Does anyone know of any couple who had a dau., Matilda, during this time period? Am hoping to get to Williamson Co., TN this summer, and do some research on the BOYDs, but sure would like to have some names to try!! Thanks for any help!! Hello! My Boyd family was from Monongalia Co. W. Va. and while some of them went west, I know of no Matilda in the family. Also none went to Tn. They lived in Northern W. Virginia near the Pa. state line. Good luck in your search and keep trying! Persistance Pays!!
