I need to know more about this Andrew Boyd of Frederick Co., MD. My gr.gr.gr. grandfather was named Andrew Boyd. His son William is my gr.gr grandfather and lived many years in Monongalia Co. (W) Va. William had brothers named Andrew and Archibald. From a court record in Monongalia Co. I have learned that the father Andrew had a wife named Margaret. The 1850 census says William was born in Maryland in 1771 and died in (W) Va. in 1856. I would love to be able to link them. Andrew died around 1816. Margaret lived into the 1830s.
