Anna, I am looking for Boyd's circa 1715 to 1780. Alexander is my primary. From all my research so far he was in and stayed around the Chester Co. PA - Cecil Co. MD area. Had land between Rising Sun and Port Deposit. Near West Nottingham. The Finley's that connect to this line were in the same area. I also, have Harlan's that came down from Chester Co. and were Quakers. Lewis Harlan married out when he married Esther Boyd. I have a Hugh and Robert that I don't have record of in Cecil. But then I don't have any information on them, so don't know if they might be any of the "tons" of Hugh's and Robert's that everyone else is looking for. I have family from the Frederick Co. area, Rainsberger or Ramsberger is that group.
