Diane.Queen@tesco.net I found a Charles: Mike Charles Skellern Residence not listed; 21 years old. Enlisted on 5/29/1862 at New York City, NY as a Private. On 5/29/1862 he mustered into "D" Co. NY 37th Infantry He was Mustered Out on 9/2/1862 at New York City, NY
