Does anyone out there know of a Joseph Roughan who served in the Civil War? He was born in Ireland around 1849 and died in 1919 in Iowa or Illinois. He work in the Rock Island Arsenal at the time of his death at the age of 70. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Connie Robinson florene@lisco.com
