I was fortunate to recently be given a book titled "Service Records of Confederate Enlisted Marines" by Ralph W. Donnelly, published in 1979. It's Part III of an over-all history of the Confederate States Marine Corps. If anyone on the list had an ancestor in the C.S. Marines and would like information on an ancestor, please let me know and I'll be glad to see what I can find in this book. I also wanted to let everyone know my recovery from my surgery is going pretty well, but still difficult to type as I'm in a full arm cast and will be until sometime in December.
