    1. [CIVIL-WAR] Sword Question
    2. I have seen a sword, that has been documented as owned by Private Frank De Caro of the 5th Massachusetts "unattached" Infantry. I know that enlisted men may have carried a musician/NCO type sword. I know that enlisted men of the cavalry also carried sabers. Are there any other examples of enlisted men carrying swords during the Civil War that I am overlooking? Thank you in advance for any information. Sincerely, Mike Peters npeters102@aol.com
