Marc: Great info! This would fit since Frank De Caro was an Italian barber from Fall River, Massachusetts. Census records have him living in Massachusetts as late as 1880. Since he died in 1909, I'm betting the 1900 Census has him in New York. But without proof, it is mere speculation. Thanks for the assist. I look forward to hearing from you.
