I need some opinions. My G-G-Grandfather, Jones Shumate, served in the 32nd Virginia Reg. from January, 1864 until sometime in 1985. His last record was with the unit in the last muster 12/31/64. No further record of him exists to my knowledge. The last battles fought by the unit was with Pickett at Dinwiddie Court House and Five Forks. Making an assumption that he was killed in one of those battles, where might he be buried? Thanks for all the work done in helping folks out, Bob
